Recycling e-waste

STAR can design an e-waste recycling service to suit the specific needs of your business. A range of secure collection units can be supplied to fit in with your office environment, even when access is difficult.

Each container has a unique barcode, which is scanned on collection. For confidential records a receipt can be issued to track the destruction of the material. This audit trail can be completed with a certificate of destruction, if required. All collections are made by STAR employed staff, wearing company uniform and ID badges, and using STAR’s branded fleet of vehicles.

E-waste is dismantled, de-manufactured, sorted and segregated into the various waste streams. Plastics and various metals are then processing through STAR’s state of the art shredders, before recycling and re-use.
